Tulio’s Landscaping, LLC is a residential landscape company that has cared for landscapes in Maryland and Washington, D.C. since 1994. Owner Antulio Tobar, grew up in rural Guatemala, the “Land of the Eternal Spring," where cultivating the environment is a way of life. He takes great pleasure in helping customers develop and maintain beautiful gardens and landscapes. He has become an expert in garden and landscape management, stormwater and drainage control, and plant care. Tulio’s Landscaping, LLC has a reputation for excellent work. Turf Installation and Maintenance
We can work with you to meet all your turf needs for a beautiful yard to enjoy. Our turf installation and maintenance includes the following:
Planting seed (late winter or fall) and sod; Aerate the soil; Fertilize and weed control; Insect and disease control; Mowing turf and cleanup
Landscape Design and Installation
Tulio’s Landscaping has a proven track record in helping customers pick the best plants for their landscape. We will work with you from selecting the plants to completion of the landscape installation.
Landscape Maintenance
We provide seasonal landscaping services on a one time or regular basis based on need including:
Winter/Spring cleanup - We will prune trees and bushes for optimal plant growth. In early spring we will weed, edge, and mulch gardens bed to prepare for planting.
Summer - We will help you with weeding/ground cover control as well as insect and disease control.
Fall clean up/Winter preparation - We will clear away leaves and prepare your garden for the cold as well as cut back grasses and perennials and apply mulch to protect your plants.

Hardscape Design and Installation
Tulio’s Landscaping can install many different types of hardscape that can define and improve the outdoor space. We will work with you to design and install your hardscape with materials you prefer and work best for your garden. We work with wood, natural stone, brick, concrete and pavers to build patios, porches, driveways, decks, walkways, and retaining walls. We can also help you with outdoor painting and construction.
